Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from when your order is placed.

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR US HOLIDAYS

Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays typically ship the following week.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated from our shipping provider.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please VERIFY your address before placing your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take every precaution to pack our self tanner securely so that it arrives to you in perfect condition but shipping accidents can happen. If your self tanner is damaged upon arrival, please email (rosegoldsunless@gmail.com) photos of the damage and provide details of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Don't forget to include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order to process your request. 

MISSING ITEMS

We strive to ship all your ordered products as quickly as possible and securely packaged. If part of your order is missing please email (rosegoldsunless@gmail.com) within 48 hours of your order so that we can assist you with replacements.

RETURNS

All beauty products are FINAL SALE.

Once your package has left our warehouse we have no control over the shipping times. Please choose your shipping provider carefully. We offer more than one option for your convenience.
